Tata Consultancy Services in Jersey City, NJ, seeks an experienced Senior Actimise ActOne Case Manager Developer to join the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Technology team. You will lead hands-on development, workflow customization, and UI extensions using React and JavaScript.

The role requires 10+ years overall, with 5+ years Actimise ActOne Case Manager expertise, strong API and SQL skills, and a track record in banking compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Actimise experience with ActOne Case Manager.
• Experience configuring workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic.
• ReactJS and JavaScript UI customization experience.
• REST API development and integration experience.
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
• Experience in banking/financial services, preferably compliance or surveillance.
• Understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimise ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.
• Configure and extend ActOne features such as views and alert-to-case processing.
• Design and develop custom UI components using ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Build and integrate REST APIs/services to support case enrichment and external integrations.
• Own and manage assigned development tasks, ensuring timely delivery aligned with release cycles.
• Collaborate with business analysts, compliance, surveillance teams, and technology partners.
• Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Primary Skill: We are seeking a Senior Actimise ActOne Case Manager Developer with 5+ years of Actimise experience to join the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Technology team. The role involves hands‑on development, design, and enhancement of case management solutions supporting regulatory, compliance, and surveillance initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions using ActOne features, along with custom UI development using React and JavaScript, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and release cycles
