Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Strategy & Operations Analyst in The Colony, TX on-site to drive planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic initiatives. The role requires Japanese language skills and collaboration with teams in Japan.

The ideal candidate has strong Planning/Supply Chain and Business Strategy background, plus hands-on SAP experience. Relocation support may be considered and the position offers a competitive bonus up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain.
• Business Strategy experience.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Hands-on SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The role will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and teams in Japan, and will support an upcoming SAP implementation and business process transformation initiatives.
