Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking a Japanese-English interpreter for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will handle interpretation calls, maintain high accuracy, and work from a home office. Immediate onboarding and per-minute compensation are offered, with monthly payments after onboarding.

Must be fluent in English and Japanese, with healthcare vocabulary exposure, and access to a reliable internet connection. Windows 10 or Mac compatibility is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Minimum 1 year interpretation experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare/medical) for interpreters.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
