ContactLink Solutions LLC seeks interpreters fluent in Spanish and English for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will work from your home office, with immediate onboarding and monthly payments at a per-minute rate.

Ideal candidates have strong listening and note-taking skills, maintain high accuracy, and can explain cultural concepts when needed. Healthcare terminology experience is a plus for prioritised assignments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 6 months interpretation experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills.
• Render accurate concepts per interpretation protocol.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following interpreter code of conduct.
• Be aware of healthcare/medical vocabulary used by clients.
• Engage in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
• Location-based testing and background checks may be required.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client

Technical Requirements:

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac
