Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Food Hall Manager to oversee all operations of a Japanese food hall with up to 14 vendor stalls inside our expanding entertainment venue.

You will manage vendor relations, staffing, budgeting, and quality control to deliver authentic Japanese cuisine and exceptional guest experiences, while coordinating marketing and facility operations within a bowling center/arcade environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of managerial experience in the food service industry.
• Experience managing multi-vendor or food court operations.
• Background in Japanese cuisine or multicultural food environments preferred.
• Knowledge of local and Federal food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations across up to 14 stalls within budgeted guidelines and high standards.
• Coordinate operations between up to 14 stall vendors while maintaining service consistency.
• Monitor food preparation, portions, and presentation to ensure authentic Japanese cuisine standards.
• Oversee scheduling and receiving deliveries, verify quality and quantity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and special events featuring Japanese cuisine.
• Manage common area operations including seating and shared facilities.
• Oversee vendor contracts, leases, and profit-sharing arrangements.
• Lead weekly meetings with department supervisors to address operations and staffing.
