QUICK USA, a subsidiary of a leading Japanese trading company, is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Representative in Itasca, IL. You will grow our domestic and cross-border business by serving North American clients across diverse industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate has sales or purchasing experience in industrial products, strong communication skills, and fluency in Japanese. You will work hybrid, travel may be required for meetings and visits across the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Sales or purchasing experience in B2B, trading, or industrial sectors.
• Trading company experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain flows and account management.
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (Japanese required).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand business relationships with existing clients across various industrial sectors.
• Propose and support specification-in of products and materials.
• Serve as a liaison between Japanese suppliers and North American clients, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for delivery scheduling and inventory control.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and overall account management.
• Work cross-functionally with global teams, including counterparts in Japan and Asia.
• Attend in-person meetings and business trips across the U.S. and Mexico as needed.

A leading Japanese trading company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Representative to join its U.S. subsidiary. This position focuses on supporting and expanding business across a wide range of industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have sales or purchasing experience in industrial products or related sectors. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of supply chains, and fluency in Japanese are required.

Essential Duties

• Manage and expand business relationships with existing clients across various industrial sectors.

Working Hours, Working Style

Full-time, Exempt

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am ~ 5:30 pm

Hybrid work possible based on performance and business needs

Salary/Benefit

$50,000–$70,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
