Job summary

Staffmark Group in Novi, MI is seeking a Japanese bilingual Relocation Sales Consultant - Real Estate (Outside Sales) to join our field-based team serving the Detroit metro area. In this non-exempt role, you will develop corporate accounts and guide relocating families from initial consultation through move-in.

Until licensed, you work in office hours; after licensing, a hybrid schedule may be considered, with more client-driven field activity.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English at a professional level.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (IRS mileage reimbursement).
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Commitment to obtaining Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License within 3 months (company covers costs).
• Flexible with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit corporate clients, primarily Japanese companies, to grow relationships.
• Plan and host informational seminars to generate leads.
• Conduct pre-relocation web consultations to define service plans.
• Tour properties with clients and present neighborhoods and amenities.
• Negotiate lease terms with property owners and management.
• Review contracts and support move-in processes.
• Use a personal vehicle for business travel (IRS mileage reimbursement).
• Additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
