Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese and strong professional English fluency.
• Experience marketing to Japanese B2B audiences.
• Familiar with Japan's digital advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns based on regional strategy, objectives, budget and timelines.
• Adapt regional campaigns to the Japan market considering local behavior, trends, language and channels.
• Support CRM/database coordination and landing-page collaboration with the global marketing team.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Google and other platforms.
• Develop and localize content including ad copy, social, landing pages, emails and short-form video.
• Drive lead generation through paid media, campaigns, landing pages, forms and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers and external partners for content and production.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, lead volume and ROI/ROAS.
• Provide local market insights and recommendations to the Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
