Description

The Tooth Company is hiring dedicated individuals to join our Janitorial teams! Our Janitorial teams are responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You will ensure all areas—dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and outdoor spaces—are spotless and sanitized. Collaborate with teammates to uphold hygiene standards and perform routine cleaning tasks, along with special projects as needed. We are hiring at the Bear Tooth and Eye Tooth locations. Must be available to work shifts from 2 am to 11 am. Interviews will take place at the Bear Tooth.

Essential Functions

• Adhere to sanitation, safety, security, hygiene, and policy procedures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Clean windows, mirrors, walls, ledges, benches, handrails, etc.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Safely handle and use chemicals and cleaning materials.
• Thoroughly clean after special events and maintenance projects (e.g., concerts, banquets, meetings, remodels, renovations).
• Promptly report repairs or hazards to a manager.
• Work as a team with colleagues and treat each other with kindness and respect.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks.
• Lift and carry 30+ lbs.
• Work in fluctuating temperature environments.
• Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
• Push and pull heavy objects.
• Bend, climb, reach, stoop, move quickly, and wipe frequently.
• Self-motivation and time management skills.
• Punctuality, ability to follow directions, and work well with various personalities.
