Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals for an overnight Janitorial (Floor Care Technician) role in Stockton, CA. The position involves floor care, auto-scrubbing, burnishing, and general cleaning in a retail grocery environment.

The role includes restroom cleaning, debris removal, and nightly closing procedures. High School Diploma preferred; benefits available with part-time constraints may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Self-motivated and trainable for floor care and cleaning tasks.
• Experience with cleaning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean sales floors, remove gum and marks, and perform nightly cleaning.
• Auto-scrub and mop floors, burnish with floor equipment as needed.
• Clean restrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers; restock supplies.
• Secure and charge cleaning materials; report issues to supervisor.
• Clean common areas, break rooms, and office spaces; check out with manager.

Janitorial (Floor Care Technician)

Fast growing Janitorial company looking for self-motivated, trainable individuals to provide Floor Care service and General cleaning services to Retail Chain Grocery Stores in Stockton, CA.

Job Types: Part-time**This is an OVERNIGHT position.**

Job Hours: Mon/Thursday- 11:59pm-7am

Job Description:

• · Sweep all exposed areas of sales floor.
• o Moving and replacing any stand or floor displays weighing less than 25lbs.
• · Remove any gum, stickers, adhesives, and surface marks that can be removed.
• o Some burn marks may need to be removed with a spot strip. (will be addressed through wet work)
• · Remove debris from beneath reveters (only debris that can be removed using dust mop up to 6 inches below will be removed during nightly service.)
• o Collecting any store items and turn into manager on duty.
• · Auto-scrub exposed areas of sales floor.
• o Mop areas of sales floor not accessible by auto-scrubber (Including but not limited to corners and registers)
• · Burnish sales floor using propane floor burnisher.
• · Remove any reasonably visible debris from floor drains.
• · Final sweep of floor.
• · Securing and connecting for charging all relevant materials and machines.
• · Clean utility sink area and leave it organized and ready for day use.
• · Check out with manager on duty prior to end of shift.
• · Sweep open floors in common areas, including break rooms and offices.
• · Damp mop floors

Restroom Cleaning:

• · Dust tops of stalls.
• · Clean/ disinfect all toilets and urinals, apply bowl cleaning agent to inside of bowls.
• · Clean/ disinfect sinks and counter tops.
• · Clean/ disinfect fixtures including soap dispensers and door handles.
• · Clean mirrors
• · Empty trash cans and women's sanitary containers.
• · Re-stock stationary items
• · Sweep and mop floors.
