The Cleaning Authority - Fresno is seeking a Full-Time Janitorial Technician to perform commercial cleaning of offices and common areas. Evening and weekend availability is required; starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with a 30-day performance review and potential pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Janitorial certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English to understand safety instructions, work orders, cleaning procedures, and communicate with supervisors and customers as needed.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, current vehicle registration, and proof of automobile insurance showing your name on the policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial janitorial cleaning services.
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash.
