Position Summary

The Janitorial Team Member will routinely clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of the facility maintaining building presentation and safety excellence. Performing routine interior tasks inclusive of deep cleaning, surface cleaning, trash control and inventory support. This role will also operate the floor cleaners, and other cleaning equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Operate a variety of janitorial equipment to maintain cleanliness of the property

Minimum Qualifications

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors
• Facility has intermittent noise

Salary: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
