Job Description

We are seeking a Janitorial Team Leader to join our team! The Supervisor performs custodial duties with developmentally disabled adults at assigned contracts.

Jobsites:

• Victorville - 5PM-2:30AM Tuesday- Saturday, mandatory occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:

• The role of a Janitorial Team Lead is critical for successful Supported Employment. Besides providing task-related training at various sites, the Janitorial Lead (Job Coach) is key to communication and training with clients and liaison to the Case Manager.
• Act as a trainer to help developmentally disabled adults learn new skills, improve existing skills, and demonstrate good work ethics and teamwork.
• Transport developmentally disabled adults to and from the worksite.
• Train and assist adults in custodial work daily functions.
• Help adults reach performance goals.
• Maintain attendance and performance records.
• Communicate with management regarding performance and behavior.
• Protect all issues and behaviors of adults from non-management or co-workers.
• Understand Positive Intervention with Clients.
• Follow cleaning standards at each site.
• Maintain detailed cleaning skills, organization, and time management.
• Demonstrate patience, understanding, professionalism, and compliance with policies and CDC requirements.
• Handle physical workload and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
