JOB OBJECTIVE

As a team member of Post Ranch Inn, the Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure a world class guest experience by delivering the highest quality of cleanliness for the property in a timely manner and to continue the long-term success of offering unparalleled hospitality.

Essential Skills

• Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial supervisory experience.
• Must have a proven track record of providing unique guest experiences.
• Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Valid California driver's license and be of age 21.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
• Pushing/Pulling: Average weight 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Lifting/Carrying: Average weight 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Standing/Walking: Constantly. Standing/walking the majority of scheduled shift
• Kneeling/Crawling: Constantly. Completing tasks throughout the hotel

Pay range for the Housekeeping Supervisor position is $23.00 - $26.24 per hour
