Tommy Nobis Center is seeking a DARB Janitorial Assistant Supervisor to support the Janitorial Services Supervisor in training staff, coordinating cleaning duties, and ensuring adherence to the Statement of Work. The role involves planning work schedules, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining equipment and inventory while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with staffing and Quality Control inspections on custodial contracts is highly desired.
• Experience in guiding or working with people with disabilities is required.
• 1-year supervisory experience or 4 years prior janitorial experience with demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Janitorial Supervisor with on-the-job training and supervision of all staff.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate janitorial services per the Statement of Work.
• Perform quality control inspections in coordination with the supervisor.
• Maintain inventory levels and safety compliance including OSHA standards.
• Prepare work schedules and oversee cleaning duties; monitor vehicle and equipment conditions.
