Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to coordinate cleaning and maintenance for commercial facilities. This full-time role oversees 2 to 50 workers, assigns tasks, trains staff, and ensures quality while addressing customer concerns.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 3 years of verifiable work history) and at least 2 years of janitorial supervisory experience. Weekly pay and $19/hour are offered with opportunities to grow in a leading facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.

• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
• Issues supplies and equipment
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager
• Perform the duties of workers supervised
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees
• Assist in training employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor
