Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial or related experience.
• Experience with adults with developmental disabilities and/or physical challenges preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to train employees in proper practices and PPE usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, workers, clients and others.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain supplies, stock and equipment for safe operation.
• Train workers in safe and proper use of products and equipment.
• Oversee cleaning and detailing of facilities and common areas.
• Monitor progress and inspect completed work for quality.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory usage.
• Prepare records and reports as needed.
• Travel between facilities may be required.
