Position Description: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday-Friday, with occasional coverage for weekend accounts due to call-offs. Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits, 401K with employer matching, life insurance, and holiday pay after 90 days. Clearances are required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Training cleaners on standards, products, processes, and account-specific tasks.
2. Overseeing staff performance and ensuring completion of assignments.
3. Performing inspections and providing performance feedback.
4. Assigning shifts and managing coverage for call-offs or no-shows.
5. Responding to customer complaints and requests promptly.
6. Ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
7. Using PPE as required.
8. Managing supplies and submitting orders.
9. Managing facility security and access.
10. Communicating effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

1. Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
2. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
3. Knowledge of cleaning products and their uses.
4. 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
5. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Positive attitude and dependability.
7. Respectful interaction with co-workers and customers.
