Job summary

Environment Control is hiring a part-time Unit Manager/Supervisor for the Eugene/Springfield area. You will lead a team of 10-15 cleaners across 20-25 client locations, with night-time supervision after 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive wages $20–$22 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must have a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORATION (own vehicle) and Insurance.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to carry & lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-to-night operations for buildings in centralized areas.
• Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 personnel.
• Communicate regularly with management and train the team.
• Direct problem-solving and ensure quality cleaning across 20-25 customers.

LOOKING TO HIRE FOR, PART-TIME MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 4-5 HOURS PER NIGHT, STARTING AFTER 5:00PM, UNIT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR POSITION! **ENVIRONMENT CONTROL** is a janitorial company serving the greater Eugene and Springfield areas. We are seeking dynamic individuals to help develop and lead a team of 10-15 cleaning personnel, with oversight of 20-25 customers.

*The Unit Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the night-to-night operations of the buildings in centralized areas of the town to achieve our quality of cleaning while meeting the needs of our customers and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in supervision and/or office cleaning.
