• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations to groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
• Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons and ensure quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support, including emergency and off-hours assistance.
• Promote safety culture; train staff on PPE and safe practices.
• Plan and assign work schedules to meet service delivery expectations.
• Respond promptly to client-reported emergency cleaning situations.
• Train staff on site security protocols and standard cleaning methods.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies and SDS requirements.
• Train on safe operation of cleaning equipment.
• Lead and supervise Site janitorial and Porter staff.
• Monitor timekeeping to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Identify opportunities for additional billable project work.
• Arrange staff substitutions or perform tasks during absences.
