Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of various cleaning methods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect work to ensure standards are met.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed.
• Take inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when supplies are depleted.
• Assist with screening and hiring of new job applicants.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff in an efficient manner.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Perform all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.
