Job summary

CSI International, Inc. is seeking an efficient Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our janitorial staff, schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.

You should also be able to make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals. Responsibilities include assigning duties, issuing supplies, inventory management, training staff, resolving conflicts, attending meetings, and performing duties during shortages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Knowledge of various cleaning methods and standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to staff and inspect work to meet standards.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Take inventory of supplies and inform management when depleted.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between janitorial staff efficiently.
• Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required.
• Perform janitorial duties when staff shortages occur.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices.
• Support staff with quality control and reporting.
