Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to ensure client premises meet company standards. You will lead janitorial staff and ensure coverage, quality, and safety in daily tasks across cleaning operations.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and bilingual communication. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with standard OSHA guidelines and office/shop settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the janitorial/facilities field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and delegate operations schedules to ensure proper work area coverage.
• Evaluate performance and provide hands-on support as needed (dust mopping, sweeping, stripping/refinishing, carpet scrubbing, restrooms, windows).
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and help drive continuous quality improvement.
• Report issues to Operations Manager/Coordinator and address customer inquiries.
