RNA Facilities Management is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in Michigan to oversee cleaning staff and daily operations. You will schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and report absences while evaluating staff performance and addressing promotions or transfers as needed.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid U.S. work authorization. On-site work with full-time benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven experience as a janitorial supervisor.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect work against standards.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed.
• Take inventory of supplies and inform management when depleted.
• Assist with screening and hiring of new applicants.
• Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff.
• Resolve conflicts between staff in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings and in-service trainings as required.
• Perform janitorial duties during staff shortages.
