Job summary

Pro-Serv is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor and Quality Control Specialist to train cleaners, inspect work, and ensure high standards across multiple sites, starting in Tempe with a West Valley footprint.

You will lead teams, enforce safety, manage supplies, and backfill for absences while upholding hygiene and customer service, reporting to the manager. English proficiency, ability to lift 30 lbs, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Related experience preferred - 1 year minimum.
• Must be able to speak English for safety and coordination.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Train cleaners under manager direction; inspect their work for quality.
• Fill in for absent personnel as needed.
• Oversee safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across sites.
• Lead and motivate cleaning staff; provide training and feedback.
• Monitor sanitation practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
