Job summary

Pro-Serv is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor and Quality Control specialist to train cleaners, supervise daily operations, and inspect performance across facilities. You will lead by example, ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and appearance, and fill in for absentee staff as needed.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and training, coordinate with managers, and uphold sanitation practices across commercial and hospitality sites, with some travel between accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning with sanitation focus.
• Supervisory experience leading teams in commercial or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication to train staff and coordinate tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning across sites to meet quality and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate cleaning staff performance.
