Job summary

Service Point Building Maintenance is seeking a Night Supervisor for the Beaverton area. This full-time role runs 5:30pm – 2:00am, and pays $20.00 per hour. The candidate will coach cleaning staff, ensure quality standards and handle fill-ins as needed, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and US work authorization.

Responsibilities include training teams, managing inventory and equipment, and delivering items to buildings as required; medical benefits start after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish to communicate with diverse staff.
• Must pass a background check as part of employment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to provide training and supervision to cleaning staff.

The Night Supervisor provides coaching and supervision to assigned accounts to ensure quality standards, budgets, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is willing to do the work, able to do the work, and will follow instructions.
