Job summary

AHI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while performing daily cleaning duties. This hands-on role requires leadership, problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The position is on-site in Texas, with weekend rotation. Candidates should have 2–3 years of cleaning services experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two valid forms of identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a custodial team and perform daily cleaning duties.
• Ensure compliance with the scope of work and client procedures.
• Follow up on quality inspections.
• Monitor attendance and performance; coach employees.
• Handle on-site janitorial duties as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Must Be Reliable and Able to Work Rotating Weekends
• Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
• Follow up on quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with client work order program.
• Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
• Review Suppliesand Equipment
• Employee coaching- Monitor Attendance and Performance
• Other Janitorial Duties as Needed

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Bilingual Preferred

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred

2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred
