Job summary

HHS is seeking friendly, compassionate housekeepers to join the team at HCA Largo Medical Center. You will provide a safe, clean hospital environment and high-quality cleaning to support patient healing. This full-time role offers day shifts and an hourly wage of $15.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more; monitoring cleanliness; following HHS procedures; delivering courteous service; assisting colleagues to keep the department efficient.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and pushing/pulling carts throughout shift.

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.

Location: HCA Florida Largo Medical Center Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 15.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (United States of America)

Responsibilities Housekeeper Wage: $15/hour Full-time position available Day shift available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: HCA Largo Medical Center

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)
• Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
