The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility appearance. The Custodial Supervisor supports maintaining high standards of cleanliness while being efficient and cost-effective. They supervise custodial staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, monitor tasks, and ensure all cleaning methods meet standards. The Supervisor also assists in staff training and ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the use and maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and cleaning products; ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
3. Coordinate and monitor custodial staff activities, ensuring tasks are completed according to standards and schedules.
4. Maintain records related to custodial operations and staff tasks.
5. Assist with hiring, training, and staff development to foster continuous improvement.
6. Support quality assurance processes to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
7. Conduct routine inspections and address cleanliness issues promptly.
8. Promote a positive work environment through leadership and safety standards.
9. Address facility cleanliness concerns to provide excellent customer service.
10. Implement custodial programs effectively to meet client and operational needs.

Requirements
