Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is seeking a lead janitorial supervisor in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves overseeing the cleaning team across restrooms, offices, and common areas, ensuring tasks are completed to standard.

Requires prior lead experience, ability to audit operations, and willingness to walk extensively and lift up to 40 lbs. Shift is Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM–11:30 PM, with weekly pay at $17.00/hour.

• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must have previous lead or supervisor experience.
• Need to have computer experience to perform audits.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Wear LACOSTA shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and overseeing janitorial team.
• Oversee cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, lobby and other areas.
• Stock supply rooms and patrol the fence line.
• Perform routine building cleaning and audits during shifts.

Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

• 2nd Shift: 3PM-11:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $17.00/hr

Job duties :

Responsible for participating in cleaning and overseeing our janitorial team in completion of all tasks on site. Cleaning areas include restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, labs, guard shack, fitness center. Routine building cleaning

• Restroom cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping

Stocking supply rooms

Patrolling the fence line

This position requires a lot of walking and multiple trips up and down stairs to service the restrooms throughout the facility.

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Must have previous lead or supervisor experience
• Need to have computer experience to perform audits
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
