Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a General Cleaner for a hands-on role focused on keeping offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and safe. The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with pay weekly on Fridays at $15.50 per hour.

The job requires physical stamina, the ability to walk extensive distances, climb stairs, and comply with safety protocols including wearing required PPE. Benefits include Health, Vision, 401K, and PTO.

LACOSTA is hiring a dependable General Cleaner to help keep our facility clean, safe, and looking its best. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and has experience with commercial cleaning and/or floor care.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly, every Friday

• $15.50/hr.

Job duties :

Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, labs, guard shack, fitness center.

• Routine building cleaning

• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories

This position requires a lot of walking and multiple trips up and down stairs to service the restrooms throughout the facility.
