Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Pleasant Prairie, WI is hiring for a first-shift cleaning associate. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean manufacturing floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas, with duties including sanitizing surfaces and trash removal.

You must pass a background check and drug screening, meet physical requirements (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs), wear required safety gear, and commit to a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule at $15

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, cut resistant gloves and, long pants while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.

• Routine cleaning of manufacturing floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, supply closets, lobby and ceiling vents.
• Window cleaning.
• Trash and recycling removal.
• Policing ground for litter.
• Sweeping.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.

Pay Rate: Paid Weekly (every Friday)

Job Duties:

Responsible for cleanliness of manufacturing floor, restrooms, offices, break rooms, supply closets, lobby, and ceiling vents. Also conducts special project tasks.
