Job summary

GDI Services Inc US seeks an on-site janitorial supervisor in Franklin, Tennessee. You will oversee, train, and direct janitorial staff to meet the client’s quality and safety standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Responsibilities include shift assignments, inspections, safety enforcement, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR.
• Oversee daily clock-in/out procedures.
• Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports.
• Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations
