Modern Maintenance Inc. in Topeka, KS is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager to oversee 24/7 operations at a manufacturing location. You will ensure compliance with contract requirements, lead safety and quality programs, and manage budgets and staff across multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management experience in commercial cleaning, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Food manufacturing or GMP cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Janitorial operations of the site while maintaining solid customer relationships.
• Evaluate performance and scope of work, resolve customer complaints, and provide feedback and disciplinary action for employees.
• Train Supervisors across multiple shifts.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality of service.
• Oversee daily operations of staff in a complex environment.
• Implement processes and procedures to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
• Manage the company\'s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the facility.

• Ensure timely submission of all required paperwork.

Job Description

TheJanitorialSite Manageris responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements at a 24/7 manufacturing location in Topeka, KS. TheJanitorialSite Managerdevelops and implements level-of-service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for the assigned facility. This manager will oversee quality control, inventory of equipment and supplies, and ensure the site is operating within budget parameters.

TheJanitorial SiteManageris an industry professional with extensive client relationship experience and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of progressive leadership, , and proven industry experience managing in complex manufacturing facilities.

Experience in food manufacturing or with GMP cleaning is a plus.

Salary: $75,000

Hours: 45+ hours a week; M-F with occasional weekend hours required

Location: Topeka, KS on-site (this is not a remote position)
