Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal practices.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain floors through appropriate cleaning and care procedures.
• Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Operate and maintain janitorial equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to management.
• Follow all safety, security, and facility procedures while working in secure environments.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technician to support a secure federal facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work environments through routine cleaning, facility upkeep, and adherence to established quality and security standards.
