Responsibilities include performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting, as well as ensuring restrooms and break rooms are stocked with necessary supplies. The Janitor will also assist in waste disposal and recycling efforts to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly workspace. Additionally, the role involves occasional minor maintenance tasks and notifying management of any repairs needed to uphold the facility’s standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently to uphold our commitment to cleanliness and safety in our manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma
• Active SECRET security clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC.
