Job summary

Crayola is seeking a Janitorial Servicer for Easton, PA. The full-time shift runs 8:00am to 4:00pm and focuses on keeping Crayola facilities clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, including waste removal and safe floor care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and strong communication skills, with flexibility for different shifts and teams, the ability to follow directions, and safety training in Bloodborne Pathogen procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Remove waste from Crayola facilities.
  • Clean and finish all floor surfaces via mopping and vacuuming; wipe furniture.
  • Maintain safe walkways and paths during inclement weather.
  • Train Crayola employees on recycling and landfill-free programs as needed.
  • Follow Hazardous Waste regulations and Crayola's Emergency Action procedures.

Janitorial Servicer, Easton, PA
8:00am - 4:00pm
GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for waste removal, recycling, and sanitation services for all Lehigh Valley Facilities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continuous sanitizing and disinfecting of all Crayola facilities; including high touch points, cafe tables/chairs, restrooms (showers, sinks/faucets, toilets, urinals, counters, mirrors, partitions and vents).
  • Responsible for the removal of all waste from Crayola facilities
  • Clean and finish all floor surfaces including dry/wet mopping, and vacuuming. Wipe down furniture, including walls and high dusting and accessible internal and external windows and office equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining safe walkways and paths during inclement weather.
  • Must be flexible in order to train Crayola employees on the recycling and landfill free programs as needed and participate in team problem solving to maintain and enhance our environmental sustainability efforts.
  • Complies with federal and state Hazardous Waste regulations including proper handling, storing, labeling, and familiarity with Crayola's Emergency Action Procedure in the event of a spill or leak
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible to work at other facilities or different shifts
  • Ability to follow directions and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Must successfully complete Company Blood Born Pathogen training.
