Job summary

ABM is seeking a Janitorial Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administer contract requirements for a Class A office building. You will develop cost control measures, set level of service standards, and supervise inspections, quality control, and inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Shift: Monday–Friday (2nd Shift). ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure conformance to contract requirements for a Class A office building.
• Develop and implement cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for the assigned building.
• Oversee inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.
