Qualifications

• 2-3 years of facility/operations/project management with 1-2 years of supervisory exp.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid business acumen including budget oversight and cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support frontline staff; foster engagement and teamwork.
• Coach staff to drive performance and compliance with policies.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations with HR.
• Act as primary client contact; maintain professional relationships.
• Ensure services meet contract terms and address feedback promptly.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase billable work.
• Oversee daily facility operations including janitorial and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ABM safety standards and quality programs.
• Conduct time studies and site inspections for improvements.
• Prepare and submit operational/financial reports and cost analyses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support vendor management.
• Develop training programs on safety, ops, and customer service.
• Promote safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Administer disciplinary actions per company guidelines.
