AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Janitor to provide top-notch janitorial services across housing communities in Daytona Beach, FL. You will clean offices, units, and common areas following guidelines and perform some maintenance tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, maintenance or janitorial experience, strong communication, and basic computer/technical skills. Must travel for training and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and technical skills
• Ability to travel as necessary for training
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Responsabilités
