AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Janitorial technician to support our Syracuse housing community. You will keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, performing routine repairs and inspections to ensure all systems operate reliably.
The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with others. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for training travel are required.
