AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Janitor for our Albuquerque, NM senior apartments to keep offices, units and common areas clean and well maintained in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or higher, maintenance/janitorial training, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license; able to work independently or with a team. We offer paid holidays, great work-life balance, and a 403b retirement plan.

Responsabilidades

• As a Part-time Janitor, you’ll provide top notch Janitorial services to the housing communities by:
• Ensuring that the offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
• Demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Performing some maintenance duties as necessary.
