Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensures proper usage of supplies and equipment through training and development of employees.
• Teaches janitorial staff how to safely operate and maintain cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Trains employees how to safely use cleaning chemicals and agents.
• Provides a safe working environment for employees.
• Responds to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints/issues.
• Conducts building inspections and supervises custodial operations.
• Schedules and assigns work to meet shift requirements.
