The ideal candidate has strong leadership and budgeting skills, with several years in janitorial operations. This full-time position offers growth toward an Operations Director role with incentives and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in janitorial/commercial cleaning operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and process improvement.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
• Local West Palm Beach candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations for multiple client accounts.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage supervisors and janitorial staff.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained and perform according to contract specifications.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to meet operational and contractual requirements.
• Manage employee performance, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities.
• Travel regularly to client locations under management.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding operational performance and business needs.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
