Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Proven ability to manage a full-time and part-time hourly workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operations across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaboration at all levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 5–15 accounts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of 50–100 employees, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational excellence and company goals.
• Maintain clean, secure, and safe environments for customers and employees.
• Develop and execute effective cleaning plans, addressing absenteeism and other challenges.
• Train, motivate, and develop supervisory and production staff.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets.
• Monitor and control inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure financial performance by achieving P&L goals for each account.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold standards and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Support fellow Operations Managers during start-ups and resource sharing.
