Qualifications

• Experience providing training to associates and creating work schedules.
• Experience evaluating worker performance and addressing underperformance.
• Ability to discipline and reward staff to meet standards.
• Ability to mentor and develop employees for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Ensure that job expectations are completed while following policy and procedure.
• Act as the primary contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Prepare reports on quality, productivity and safety for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
