Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member in Winnsboro, SC. The role focuses on keeping the store clean, restrooms and showers maintained, towels managed, and general repairs to ensure a great guest experience.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Training and development within the travel center network are available.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repair skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
