Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role in Rochelle, IL. The position focuses on keeping the travel center clean and welcoming, including showers and restrooms, towels, and general maintenance. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to high guest satisfaction and efficient service.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Previous experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and facilities.

• Perform general repairs/maintenance around the travel center.
• Handle trash removal and support guest satisfaction through well-maintained facilities.
