Job summary

Pilot Company in Breaux Bridge, LA, is hiring for a Facility Services role to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our travel center. You will clean showers, restrooms, and common areas, assist with towels, and perform light repairs while supporting a welcoming guest experience.

The position requires physical activity, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a team-oriented mindset. We offer weekly pay and a range of benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Required: Highly motivated self-starters, team-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible with shifts.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position and knowledge of basic equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and travel center.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks at the travel center.
• Pickup and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
